The entry/location was explicit. As we were upgraded the room + ensuite were like being at home.
The website is a bit misleading under the B & B category. It is a house with rented rooms. Not your typical B & B experience.

It was a new house,
I was expecting a Hotel, not a house, that we had to share, Bed & Breakfast. Three young kids running and screaming early in the AM, with mom trying to keep them quiet. I received the comformation from the booking co. with conformation #, I thought I was good to go. Didn't know there was another e-mail to follow. that would explain the prosess. because I was looking for a normal Hotel, with a front deck and 6 floors, so we drove all around and then finaly called someone.

The common areas of the home (Kitchen, Living room, Dining room) were nicely appointed.
No water in the kitchen for breakfast. No cereal. No regular coffee. Don't like using common peanut butter, jam etc. Sealed individual servings would be more appropriate! King size bed (Room 221)- right side mattress is finished - it creaked if you sat on it and every time you turned over. Had a horrible night's sleep! Not even a box of kleenex in the room. Decarative comforter looked like it had been in the dryer too long and looked very unclassy all wrinkled up on the bed. Bed was poorly made (top sheet was not even tucked in and pulled all the way to the top!) Not even a picture on any wall in the bedroom - felt cold, certainly not like an executive home.

It was very convenient - nice to have all three rooms that we needed on the same floor - liked the main living area and the kitchen - and the food that was left for breakfast was appropriate
We had travelled from UK, arriving in Toronto at 15:50. By the time we had sorted immigration, hire cars etc, we were exhausted. We found it hard to find - we expected a 'hotel' to be better signposted and no-one we asked could help. We had not been able to check the internet since we left UK, and the password had been changed in the mean time. That meant we were 20 minutes outside the house, not sure that we were in the right place, trying to figure what had happened and to get online to find the new password.

The booking site indicated that the room was "breakfast included". We discovered on arrival the it was self catered. Supplies consisted of a bowl of fruit, and some eggs. No tea, coffee, bread etc. The first time time in 45 years of travelling that I have encountered this situation. Room was clean, but mattress felt cheap and was quite uncomfortable. Room was small and overcrowded. Did not see any staff during the stay.

A great home away from home experience! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for the comforts of home while traveling.

We booked a suite with en suite facilities and were extremely pleased with the accommodation. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped and, although our contact with the staff was confined to telephone conversations the few minor problems that we encountered were resolved to our complete satisfaction - and almost instantly. In fact the suite was that we occupied was one half of a newly built, natural stone residence in a new housing development. It was like having a very upmarket home away from home.
The location was ideal for anyone travelling by car, with free parking right outside one's door and with easy access to the universities and the city centre. But for anyone without a car it would be less than ideal, though probably still manaegeable since both public transport and a well equipped shopping centre are within easy walking distance.

It was close to couple of shops and restaurants.
This was our first experience about a guest house,I was expecting something like Bed and Breakfast, because breakfast including means to me is to find something ready on table not to prepare everything by myself. May be these quest houses shouldnt be marketted like breakfast included. Besides because of shortage of rooms in kitchener and waterloo in this weekend I think I paid a lot of money for a very small room and a shared bathroom with other guests.

It was clean and well furnished.
Warning: this is a private residence in a residential area, it appears the family lives in the basement and rents out the upstairs floors. The kitchen was shared with everyone, including the family. There was no way to make breakfast on Sunday as the kitchen was occupied by the family. On walk-in to the house, there was someone making dinner and she did not speak english but waved her hand to the room keys. We booked the king size suite with ensuite bath for 169 but got a room with 2 double beds and a bathroom up the stairs in the hallway near the other rooms. Weird experience and would not do it again, definetely not worth 169 as regular hotels in area charge 150 per night. Also thin walls and very noisy, not for romantic getaway. Couldn't get out fast enough in the am, no one said a word to us on entry or exit.

Home away from home. Very comfortable.
When we made a reservation, it clearly stated "Breakfast included", but after checked in, we found out it's not included for 1 br unit. The sheets were very wrinkly, they should be pressed.

It was comfortable and had good cooking facilities
It was hard to find. On Booked.net the address is given as 931 Glasgow Street / 1292 Countrystone Drive, but the 931 Glasgow Street part is wrong. We went to 931 Glasgow Street and it's a condominium complex. When we checked on someone's GPS we found that both addresses pointed to the same spot, but that's wrong too. The guest house is really at 1292 Countrystone Drive, which is nearby. However, it should be noted that there is no sign in front of this address which added to our confusion. Everything was sorted out in the end and the owner was apologetic, even though it was only partly her fault. The address on Booked.net needs to be corrected. It should be simply 1292 Countrystone Drive.
